Customer support is non existent. I have a campaign that is paused by admin for no obvious reason, contacted their customer support without an answer for 3 days. Please stay away from this company!

Overall A Great Service for Buyers and Sellers

Rebaid has been great for saving money and trying new products risk-free. I especially love the abundance of pet-related items as it gives my precious doggy a variety of new snacks to try. I have several things I've purchased repeatedly now because of Rebaid so it seems good for sellers too. The only issues I have had were with checks I've received having trouble scanning for mobile deposits. That's okay and may be an issue on my end. Thanks, Rebaid!

Great cite

Rebaid is quick and easy to use. I had an issue once with not receiving my check (I think it was lost in the mail), and their customer service resolved the issue quickly and without any hassle.

You won’t get a refund

Support guy Scott W might be the worst customer service agent I have ever had to deal with. It has been nearly 2 months since I was owed 80+ dollars and they continue to not send me out a check. Claiming they did not I never received it. Good ol Scott here encouraged me to leave a review so I am. I hope people see this and stay away. This company is a scam and they will not pay you back.

I was skeptical at first and only ordered one product. I then received my check and now I I get my dog food for free and their vitamins for free. Can’t beat that!

I mistakenly submitted wrong order…

I mistakenly submitted wrong order number can't contact seller to let him know it's just difficult to contact anyone on this site I lost my rebate because of that and can't even return the order because return window is closed by the time they let me know that the order number i submitted is incorrect. This is frustrating

Didn’t receive the correct amount on my rebate check.

I received my first rebate check in the mail for a lesser amount than expected. I reached out via the zendesk on the website and haven’t received any response back. Very frustrated and upset. Lost trust in this site. The only way to contact them is by submitting a ticket, which I also don’t like because you can’t keep track of it like in an email box. You don’t even get a confirmation email or receipt of request, so there’s no way to know it went through.
