I really like the site. I got my check, but had a hard time trying to do a mobile deposit. Other than that, Rebaid has been great.

Received payment exactly when said I would. I was worried if this was legit going in since you have to get a check for your first rebate, but this is definitely legit! Will continue to use!

It's definitely not a scam at the very least. I had an issue where my first check wasn't sent on time, and their FAQ states that if there is an issue they'll let you know for it to be resolved. However, about two weeks passed and I had to email to be told a few of my product numbers were incorrect. I emailed back the same day with the corrected numbers, and checked back after another 1-2 weeks to see all my rebaid cashbacks had been canceled. I emailed again to see why it had been canceled, and I believe it may have been automatically canceled since the new month rolled over for new rebaid checks. I suppose nobody had checked my email that whole time, since it did get undone and a check had been sent for my rebaid order. It was a hassle, but I know a fellow rebaid user had never had an issue with checks as their rebaid cashback preference. I'll continue to use the service and hopefully no other payment issues occur, but ultimately I did receive my cashback.

I have yet to receive my first rebate it has been months. There is no number for me to call and speak to someone. My address was missing my apt number and there was no follow through on my rebate. Very disappointed. Lots of hype and little delivery. It is deterring me from purchase any further

Love the fact I get to try product for free. I personally would not order this product again though.
