Not sure what happened. For some reason my account was suspended. Have attempted several times to contact customer support, all I seem to be getting back is a automated response on how to close my account. With no reason for the suspension. It looks like they are attempting to screw me out of $600+ dollars. I would assume there is a reasonable answer but this poor automated customer service is absolutely pathetic for a company with "As seen on Fox & CNN". I have received one check so far. So I am not sure what is going on. I am not sure where to turn. Even recommended this to family and friends. I guess I will just start returning the stuff to Amazon and reference rebaid rippoff as reason for returns.

You really get rebates! I was skeptical at first and only made small purchases. But sure enough, I got rebate checks in the mail for both of my purchases! This is a great program and I will use it again!

I really like Rebaid. It is fun to hop on everyday and see what is new. Varity of items. Pay is fairly quick. Sometimes you have to be fast to get the item you might be interested in.
