I have been with prospa for a number of years could not complain at all about there service until NOW . Have been repaying the line of credit with no missed payments for over 2 years then last week no payment came out of my account , after investigation on the app I discovered without any correspondence at all prospa increased my repayments to $1600 per week . After recovering from the initial shock I tried to contact prospa after numerous calls I received a call this morning 7/2/24 at 8.30 am with the gentleman advising “sorry mate can’t do anything you need to pay the amount per week oh and by the way I am resigning from prospa so don’t really care “ .
