Account Manager was Bojan. Flawless experience from start to finish. All done within 24 hours including funds cleared into my account. So much more convenient than a traditional bank experience which takes days just going backwards and forwards. Now onto Bojan. He is very efficient at calling back and taking calls so no chasing him required. He is patient and thoroughly explains all aspects of the product and also happy to discuss options without rushing. Comes across as very sincere and trustworthy, and takes pride in his work which is a rarity these days. I'd rate him 10 stars if I could!
