The sign up procedure from the beginning to getting confirmed was easy and no issue, all our questions were answered and we had no issue at any stage Adrian was most helpful and answered and assisted with our queries in a very professional manner.

The communication I have received from our Account Manager - Grace Sagita, has not been effective at all. I have had no response yet to numerous emails and phone calls that I made to her over the past few days. I am still waiting for approval on an additional $35k loan which I have still heard nothing on. If I dont chase Prospa, nobody gets back to me. Very frustrating...

In my experience with Prospa I would highly recommend no one request a loan with this company. I had a great relationship with prospa until a builder went into liquidation. Instead of working with me prospa added over 4500 of fees as I was unable to make my payment on time even though I had sent emails explaining the situation. Legal notice after legal notice, many threats to sue and pretty much destroyed my company. I have finished paying all principle and interest but now I’m stuck paying over 4.5k in fees. I requested these fees to be dropped but was declined on more than 1 occasion. I tried to make a settlement offer which was rejected I was treated extremely poorly with prospa and continue to make threats. My business has suffered greatly because of prisons unwillingness to work with me and help me by dropping fees. Funny the name PROSPA, by business did anything but prospa with this company. Other loan companies I had loans through worked with me and helped me greatly, prospa was the only company that did not. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t put yourself in the same stress, anxiety and heartache as I did and get a loan through prospa . If I can give less than 1 star I would. They deserve minus. My life and mental health had been greatly impacted because of this.
