Chris and Employment Solutions were an absolute pleasure to deal with. At no stage during the process was I made to feel like the experience was about just catering to their ES’s client, but that I was valued and important throughout. What I particularly felt was above and beyond (in terms of having dealt with recruiters previously) was that Chris worked tirelessly to ensure that at every stage of interview (and I had 4) he had not only prepped me in terms of how to conduct myself and the type of questions that I may be asked, but also had done a fantastic level of research on each specific interviewer, breaking down his / her personality characteristics and how this might affect discussions and play out during each meeting. I would recommend Chris to everyone looking for a role and would be happy to endorse ES at any time in the future.
