My first order didn’t arrive, which I think was royal mail’s fault. When I emailed, the company replied immediately and sent out another order which arrived that day!! I ended getting both orders, so was given a discount because I decided to keep both

3 sent instead of 4. To be fair the 4th bottle was sent out 2 days later.

Had a problem where the item i ordered wasn't working properly so contacted them about the situation and they were very helpful in sorting out the situation which resulted in them sending a replacement. Would certainly recommend simply because of their brilliant customer service.
