I recently sold an apartment in the Whitehouse with the help of Bernadette and her team at Coldwell Banker Southbank. I had my apartment on the market for nearly two years with their main competitor in the area. During that time I received only three offers, all well below the initial valuation they had given and even the average asking price for similar properties in the building. The first offer I accepted fell through after five months as the buyer had not secured sufficient financing beforehand. The second I had to reject after he substantially lowered his offer.
