Good staff and excellent service.

The delivery was excellent all the items ordered arrived but I asked if I could change the time of the delivery after 2pm because I added two extra items and there would be no funds available before that but the delivery came and the last two items were taken back other than that it was a. Really good experience

Vary bad customer service. Always product availability problem. Cashier/ representative always talking by mobile. He doesn’t care customer or respects. Always his face shows rude. But their product price is satisfactory for retailers .

Duru is always most helpful and I thank him. (It's a pity the courier is not good!!)

When I ring the customer helpline they are always very helpful.

I have been talking to customer services several time about the wrong company address appearing on the invoice for reason. I did shopping 2 times and the address still coming wrong. Very poor system.
