Excellent service fast delivery

Money has been taken and I’ve received no email confirmation or order number. I’ve called the number on the website - no one picked up. Emailed and no reply. Terrible service - or it is just a scam? Worst of all I’m left with a dire need for my medication.

Ordered on Saturday paid for next day delivery cash came out of the bank and this is now Monday night no sign of delivery, if I'd know this would have ordered elsewhere, don't order medication if not required asap, poor service so he aware. Also no confirmation email so difficult to contact have had to order elsewhere

I ordered 200 mebeverene on 20/05/24 for £29.99..The money has been taken out of my account the next day but l have yet to receive them and it is now 02/06/24. I have had no email or notification that there is a problem. Added to this is that l had to order online as my chemist could not source any so l have been without these meds l need to take 4 x daily to control my medical issue. The other problem is trying to get contact details to either ring or email them is nigh on impossible..so l honestly don't know where to turn. I live on a tight budget and at 64 do not pay for my prescription meds so paying £30 for these was a big thing for me. I'm absolutely disgusted with their complete lack of ANY customer service or support and would advise anyone considering using them NOT TO..

I have 17/05/2024 ordered 2×colchicine for £17.99 +£17,99 and money is from my credit card has debited but until now not received my order.

My mum is on regular repeat medications, but was finding it difficult to remember to reorder and take her medications on time, and as a result was totally out of sync, often having extra boxes of medication at home. As I don't live in London, and have a busy work life, I asked the staff at pharmadocs to help. They were brilliant in contacting the GP to arrange a weekly dossett box to be prepared and delivered to her with all her items back in order again. I would not hesite to recommend their service. They were fantastic.
