The worst customer service I have witnessed.

I ordered a pair of Chelsea boots and a backpack from them two months ago. Two weeks after the products were released, I still haven't received them. I contacted them multiple times but only got a vague answer "I will check on it and get back to you tomorrow." well....It never happened. I had to write few messages to get one similar useless response and still didn't get the tracking numbers. Almost one month later, I finally received ONLY my boots but NOT MY BACKPACK. I checked on their Instagram and saw many people complaining about the same problem. It seems that their comments got deleted. I found that all the positive comments below were posted within one hour...hum...

Commendable service

I was enticed by some Youtubers to purchase a pair of chelsea boots and in particular the boots offered by MarcWenn, after scouring the web on reviews, I stumble upon the reoccurring statements, "Still haven't received my order" etc.. I was undecided wether to take the risk or not. So I emailed MarcWenn too gauge the time a reply took. MarcWenn customer service replied in under an hour. I placed the order the same day conferring with MarcWenn continuously before ordering and also through the delivery process. I received my pair of Chelsea boots in under a week (UK Delivery). The shoe quality is superior to any shop or high end shoe you will find on the high-street or for price. As the shoes are handmade the quality is telling and some real time and craftsmanship has gone into creating a high quality shoe (Chelsea Boots - Tan Suede). The customer experience has been more than pleasant. (Btw, I have no affiliation with MarcWenn, I just see a lot of injustice to his service, through these types of reviews) Munir.

Boots Delivered and They're FLY AF!

I ordered my boots back in Christmas and was notified that the boots would take awhile due to the volume of orders. I followed up with Marc Wenn's customer service and they replied back to me within an hour every time. I finally received an email stating that they will definitely get my boots out on a specific day of the week and sure enough I received a tracking number that day and got my boots a day after. I live in NYC, so i was surprised how fast the boots were shipped. The boots definitely took long but they're so worth it. I can't imagine getting a better chelsea boot for it's price.

Item not received buyer beware

I have purchased the very first time from them without a problem, the second time I decided to purchase another 2 pairs of jeans which took over 3 months this is even selecting their express option after chasing them up numerous times for tracking, so I decided to try again thinking that might of been a one off, but ordered early December and now its almost March and still have not received anything but was promised a tracking number which still has not been received. If this company got their act together they would have a big potential to compete with other brands.

Hands Down the Worst Customer Service of All Time

I paid $200 on a pre-order for a pair of chelsea boots. About a week before they were scheduled to ship out, I realized I needed the money for something else, and so emailed them to cancel my order before it shipped. It took 6 emails to get a response, and that was just them asking for my order number, which I then sent a total of four times before another response. Finally, after an all caps email on the day they were supposed to ship was sent, they emailed me saying they cancelled my order. However, no refund was made to my Paypal account despite four more emails pestering them over three days.

I wish I would have read the reviews first.

This company is a scam. I payed $200 for some pretty sweet boots and ordered them October 3rd. They did not give me any information to track the order. This should have been my first clue. After a few weeks I began to become concerned. I contacted the company several times to ask them the whereabouts of my shoes and I got no response. They dont even have a phone number listed to contact them. Finally after 3 weeks an employee contacted me saying they would be shipped out by the end of October. It never happened. It is December now and I haven't received them and I've asked for a refund but again no one will respond. So fed up with this company.

Ordered and still have not received items - 2 months later!!!

The wort online merchant I've ever dealt with. It's been two months since my original purchase date and I have requested multiple refund requests. After my fourth request, I received a refund notification, but 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card statement. I have now contacted my credit card merchant to dispute the charges. These guys are pure crooks. Do not buy from them.

Paid order never received - ignored by customer service.

Ordered a pair of boots from Marc Wenn October 7th, 2016 - Batch was scheduled to ship October 18th, 2016. Order was paid in full the date I purchased. Was updated with status October 12th saying they were behind in production and would ship out the end of October. The 1st of November, I reached out as I still hadn't received a tracking number for shipment. I received no response, and have reached out a few more times via e-mail, Facebook, and Instagram. No responses. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, as I would love the boots, but I don't want to be out the cash. May have to escalate through my financial institution if I am not updated soon. Unfortunate. I will not be ordering from them in the future.
