Amazing after sales service - can't recommened this place highly enough

Excellent advise n service.

Ordered a garden hose off there website, wrong hose was sent. The correct one was out of stock and website wasn't updated. Needed correct one for a gift. They ignore emails, had to phone them, 7-8 days later to get the refund processed. Terrible customer service, empty promises, an awful way to treat customers.

Bought a dog crate from here and the customer service was second to none and we went back today to buy another one, the quality of the product is amazing and the customer service is excellent, highly recommend

I bought a power washer from Jebb Tools recently. I called them in advance as I needed advice to compare the new washers against the washer I was replacing as I need something along the same lines or better. Plus I needed advice to go petrol or electric and I found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the following day and it arrived less than 24 hrs later. Extremely professional from start to finish, I was a little nervous as I was spending a lot of money online which I wouldn't have done before. Highly recommend them.
