I had not heard of Pakapalooza until I saw the cutest Cat fanny-pack/shoulder bag. Unfortunately, it had sold out. So I contacted them and got an immediate response that it would be replaced and they'd let me know when. Soon, they were letting me know that they had a new one and I bought it right away.
