They told me it would take a couple of days, but then they had the filing ready immediately and wanted more money. Doesn't add up. Also, the mailing address is in my state and also isn't there. Not worth the risk.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! The USPTO flagged my application and refused to process it. This Company has been flagged as “FRAUDULENT”!! After $800 and 10 months my application has went nowhere. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR $$ Darren has refused all calls and hasn’t responded to any text messages.

Scam. Received an unsolicited text from associate Darren of Trademark Just claiming they had a "third party" trying to file for my company's trademark. Then he tried to pressure me into hiring them / paying for their services to file to USPTO. I've reported this interaction with screenshots to the FCC & USPTO.
