This company is scam,transaction payment is not genuine,cheating and not able to contact customer services,because of this stupid kiple suck system I have lost my bus ticket and trip

Recently I made a manual transfer via the bank to top up my kiplePay account. I have confirmed with the bank that the transfer was successful. However, the kiplePay customer service told me that no such transfer exist. This is weird considering it never happened before. I double checked the kiplePay bank account number stated on their website and it tallies with the account that I transferred to. I did email a screenshot of the bank transfer acknowledgment page(although the screenshot showed transfer is processing, but was confirmed successful after my visit to the bank) and given kiplePay the transaction reference number. I have been shopping online for years, and even used the same method to top up PayPal with no issues. I thought of giving kiplePay a try and unfortunately I am disappointed. Luckily I topped up only a small amount of MYR$30.00. I advise those intending to use kiplePay to consider alternative options. Don't waste your hard earned money like I did.
