Helped me out no end with advice and recommendations but what shocked me the most was after I made a purchase it was hand delivered to me by the owner. Possibly because I live nearby but I believe it was because of the situation and that the owner is a sincere and caring person. Really touched me having it delivered by them personally and being able to speak with him for a while.
