this is the first time I have used shoes.co.uk and was impressed with the good and prompt service. Would definitely recommend.

I phoned Shoes as their site indicated they had stock of some Chatham shoes I wanted. I asked the young lady to check their stock to make sure the 'on line' stock level was the the 'actual' stock level. I was told that yes they were in stock so I gave my payment details and looked forward to receiving the shoes. I then received an email a couple of days later to say unfortunately the shoes were 'out of stock'. Now waiting for a refund.

Ordered shoes, made error in sizing! Problem sorted, promptly by most helpful assistant. All good.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and paid £5.95 for an express delivery. I received an email from the seller confirming the delivery this morning Thursday 6 Aug. However I have also received an email from the delivering party who has advised me that the goods have not been received as yet so they can't deliver. In my account option 'track your order' it states - item despatched but clearly it has not been. Confused ? I am !!

Shoes are perfect I just had to wait a while for delivery!

Quick efficient service, my only disappointment was the condition of the box the shoes arrived in - bashed and torn - not great when spending a lot of money and giving them as a gift!!
