I can't rate your service as I've not received my delivery so unsure why you would request this before receipt of goods

Where is the zero option?

Ordered item, money debited account and then get an email to say out of stock. Then takes a further 5 days to get my money back. Sick of these dodgy companies that take their customers for granted. As I told the customer service people I will be recommending to my family and friends for them not to use this company.

Overall Poor Experience

Having orders a pair of shoes for a wedding on Sunday, I paid for Next Day delivery £3.50 (expecting them for Tuesday). The shoes were showing in stock so I was confident they would arrive. Having emailed the company twice to request a tracking number, I received no reply so I called the company and spoke to someone in customer services. I was advised that the shoes have been dispatched from the supplier instead (initially being told the courier was Royal Mail, then Interlink Express) and that delivery would definitely be on Tuesday. I still did not receive a tracking number, for reasons they told me which I didn't believe (putting the ownness on the supplier). By late afternoon, nothing had arrived so I made another call which I was then told delivery would be between 5-6PM - still nothing turned up! I had someone waiting at my delivery address for something that would never turn up. Even worse, I had no other option than to go out shopping on the high street to buy another pair. The shoes then turned up today (Wednesday - too late for the wedding) with a DPD label stuck on the parcel - so now another courier that initially advised. Having checked that label, it is dates the 14th (Tuesday), so was only dispatched on the day I was being told I would receive it - complete and utter FALSE INFORMATION, hence why they never sent me tracking information. The only reason why it gets 1 more star than the worst rating is that I was refunded for my delivery cost (as expected) plus a further discount to retain the order.

Not what you expect!

Purchased an in stock item, paid for the goods and awaited further contact advising on delivery, no communication for one week so chased up only to be told that the item was out of stock and that I had sliped through the system. I then choese an alternative shoe that was again in stock on their web-site only to be told that these shoes may not be available and that they would need confirmation from the manufacturer. Still on-going albeit they have offered a 15% discount or refund. My gripe was the "in stock" statement and the take your money but no feedback attitude. Other than this.... Great service!

Just what I was looking for!

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my mum, who is 94 years young! After unsuccessfully trying locally and a bit further, I found your website and exactly what she wanted, delivered within days. Great stuff!
