I didn't get an email confirmation until the shoes were despatched, which was odd - most online shopping you get a "your order..." confirmation almost immediately. Some online shopping sites allow you to check where your goods have got to and update the expected delivery time, allow you to configure this to suit your plans - none of this was available via Shoes.co,uk.
