Overall, very happy. Shoes arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. One word re next day delivery - not a complaint, just something to be aware of, especially if you're placing your order on a Friday. I understood from the website that next day delivery orders placed before 2pm on a Friday were *cheaper*, but that the next day option was still available for orders made later in the day. Not the case - orders are only *accepted* for next day delivery until 2pm on a Friday. In fact, any orders placed after that won't be picked up until the following Monday. But like I say, not a complaint, shoes arrived and am very happy with them! Would recommend the company.

Goods arrived quickly, unfortunately too narrow but the returns process was also easy to do. Would and will use again.

Disappointed with service as i never received order confirmation email and slippers not yet been delivered even though they were ordered a week ago.

Delivery too slow

I'm generally happy with the selection and quality of shoes available from Shoes.co.uk but on two occasions I have placed orders on-line only to be informed (by subsequent e-mail) that they were 'not available from the supplier'. This has been disappointing but when the items are in stock delivery has been very prompt.

The service and product were everything I hoped they would be. Needing wider fit shoes is a new experience for me and I do not feel ready for 'old lady' shoes, or ones which look like surgical appliances. A smart pair of shoes which fit well at a reasonable price - a life saver!
