There was a slight error in the sizing of the shoes I ordered, unfortunately a bigger size was sent than what I ordered. The customer service however was excellent, they couldn't have been more helpful, the same shoes were sent out the same day and I received the correct pair 24 hours later. The shoes are gorgeous and I will definitely be using this company again for my daughters school shoes!
