Absolutely first class service! Jason was fantastic from start to finish making the whole organisation of the trip a breeze! Not only is he incredibly personable, Jason also took fine attention to what our large group trip needed, didn’t need and extras that were greatly appreciated. From start to finish all fast efficient with no issues at all. I had my booking details passed on from our lead traveller and no issues, from getting boardingcard, checking into hotel. Airport lounge wasn't that great with food selection, but it was clean tidy and good service. Thank you Jason the experience from start to finish was superb. Very Patient and Extremely Supportive. We received a brilliant deal on our holiday thanks to this amazing Boullues Travel Company, especially when we only had a rough idea where to go and 4 woman to please. I'm ashamed to say we were not prepared. When it finally came to paying one woman lost her credit card and another wasn't answering her phone and I needed some substance before continuing. I did promise we would be better prepared next time and next time there will be. 😊
