Best Oxygen Concentrator Ever

This unit is very light weight when compared to prior units I have had. It is also very quiet. The air quality appears to be better than my old concentrators which translates to better sleep. It was very easy to set up. Almost a plug and play.

GREAT COMPANY!

I love this company for their customer service and would give it 5 stars, but 2 things came up recently that I personally don't like. One is when you subscribe to any product (mask, filter, headgear, etc) and get 15% off; however then, you get a special 25% off coupon and you can't use it on any of those subscribed items. The only solution is to manually unsubscribe to each item. What a bummer! The second thing, after purchasing the Resmed Air Mini and paying $30 to access Airview (more detailed information for doctors); I can only access this by emailing James Curles each time I want to see a compliance report. This needs to be available online and not have to go through a third person. I'm so frustrated right now. Sleeplay can do better. Karen S.

There was clearly a sign that stated 25% off. On certain items that I purchased, but yet when I closed out and paid for purchase, I got suckered. Because everything came out to regular price. And on top of that, Because of the 25% off, I put some for automatic reorder...

The guarantee to exchange the mask is misleading and when I tried to contact customer service they were rude and gave me the run around. I have finally given up and I think this is their business model.
