The website is easy to use, I have purchased from Red Dragon before and the process was straightforward. My order came quite quickly and everything in the order was correct, however one of the nitrotech stems on the new set of darts broke in half within 2 hours of use, which is not ideal. Edit: Red Dragon contacted me to apologise for the issue and sent out a free set of Nitrotech stems, which was a nice touch. The excellent customer service means I can give them 5/5.
