Unlike all the other reviewers I just glanced over, I have not been a customer for decades. We have only just signed up with our company a few months ago. All I can say is that the salesperson who dealt with us (Angel) is very nice, the guy who delivered the water also, the water tastes good and my staff like it. Everybody is happy with it. And it beats lugging bottles from Sainsbury's any day. :) From our kettle, I can tell that it has more minerals than the water we had before (which came from a home filter). Overall a pleasant and workable solution for us that I can recommend if you want convenient water at the office. Update: After using the service for almost four years now, we are still happy.
