After being introduced to Ionut by my aunt, I was very pleased at how he and his team covered the project from initial planning to ultimate completion. They handled the grant application quickly and undertook all work to a high standard. We are completely satisfied with our heat pump and all additional electrical and plumbing works.

I have received excellent service from Ionut. He has been quite responsive in responding very quickly to emergencies and quoted for and reasonable costs. I have much appreciated his expertise and suggestions on the recurring issues, eg. Constant problems with water leaks and wiring/electrical caused by tenants. Ionut has never turndown the jobs irrespective of how small or large jobs. I was contacted by Ionut and he came to my place to do a estimate for a heat pump as I was interested in one. Ionut was extremely polite and was very friendly.He explained all the things very clearly the charges and the layout of how the work would be carried out and the locations best suited to the requirements of the heat pump and also my requirements. He did all the measurements that are required for the grant being given by the government in my case it was £7500 voucher. He did all forms that were needed and we agreed a date for the fit as long as the voucher met the date. Everything went as planned and on time slotted. Work carried out by the team was to a high standard. I have already have spoken to a customer of Ionut to guide them about the benefits as they wanted to a speak to a actual person not a online review and they have also accepted I believe. I think 5 stars are deserving for the standard of work carried out I recommend this company as they are customer friendly, good value and very professional.

My boiler was replaced within 48 hours and it works perfectly. Also, John provided very detailed suggestions on considering heat pumps, it’s something that will consider in the future. Update: after I used them few years ago for an consumer unit replacement I contact them again to install an heating pump wich he kindly come to our house for an investigation and he applied for the £7500 grant provided by the government, everything was so smooth and quick.
