First class customer service and a game changing product!

Gold Star was recommended to me and I signed up for a trial unsure if I would continue with a full subscription. But it has far exceeded my expectations and the customer care and service is second to none. Really first class! Learning a whole new system can seem overwhelming, but with Goldstar there is help and support every step of the way. It more than meets my needs as a small business owner and I'm looking forwards to exploring all the things the system can do to support me as I grow. If only all tech companies were as helpful and genuine as this one! A rare thing. Love it!

You have to get this!!!

Gold Star Pro was flagged to me by a business buddy, and I thought I’d take a look… I had been looking for an alternative to my current platform, Kajabi, as costs were spiraling out of control; but equally the thought of having to move everything across filled me with dread. My first impression of GSP was, quite simply – WOW!! It did so much more than my current platform and than any other platform that I had looked at as an alternative. In terms of what it provides as standard, it far outstrips what I was expecting, especially given the low monthly cost. I wouldn’t call myself a complete non-techie but I am by no means a Tech Person. But the walk through videos are like nothing I’ve experienced before. They are so easy to follow along with, and in an order that flows in a logical order. In just a few days, I have already imported all my contacts, made my Smartlists, and got a lead magnet workflow live – and I am still in my trial period! #Bonus I love that the FB Community is so supportive and that the Founder herself is in there answering your questions! I cannot wait to see where my business goes with GSP at its heart. Thank you Karen and Team GSP!!

Gold Star Pro has been a game changer for me. Karen and her team are so professional, helpful and willing to answer even the smallest of questions. I am so happy we had our 1:1 where Karen spent time going over everything. I am beyond impressed with the software and the customer service experience.

I am a new user to GSP but what I have…

I am a new user to GSP but what I have been able to achieve in just under 10 days is amazing. Being able to access my SM messages is so good and the time is saves me as I no longer have to log into all the separate platforms. Working my way through the academy on the lead magnets and setting up the workflows is great. Karen's call with me was so helpful and what they can't do for you is second to none. I will happy recommended this system to everyone I know

Unrivalled Customer Support

Unrivalled Customer Support I was introduced to Gold Star Pro when I mentioned to someone in my network that I'd been let down by a website provider. I was cautious as this was attempt number 3 at taking my business online and I'd already wasted quite a lot of time and money on the first 2 failed attempts (via Wix and Wordpress, both of which have significant drawbacks). I am delighted to report that, in the first 6 weeks, I have built my website again, but this time with some significant differences: I have automated my entire sales system, converting suspects to prospects to customers. I have saved money by cancelling at least 3 other subscriptions. I have seamlessly built processes that eliminate boring and time consuming admin from my business. And I've met some amazing people in the community! I am definitely not a techie, and I've had a few issues along the way BUT the difference with GSP is that I can get help - from real humans! No more talking to bots, no more going around in circles being passed from pillar to post - a real Zoom call with a real person who actually cares about my business and helps me. I cannot tell you how valuable this is. I've only just started to use all the functionality of this software and I can already see how I can grow the business by taking advantage of more and more of this of this software's amazing capability. For the first time in 6 months, I feel happy and confident about the future of the online business - it's a real breath of fresh air and a relief and I am SO glad that I found Goldstar Pro. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This platform is like no other I have…

This platform is like no other I have come across and is extremely affordable. The thing that truly sets it aside is the constant support and contact with the owner and employees who make it something above and beyond. SM planning, website hosting, email automation, funnels, client tracking, payments, blogs, calendar and discovery call booking, affiliate tracking, course creator and automation and the amazing this is ... It's always improving and growing.

I am just moving my whole business over to gold star. The level of support has been amazing. Any little niggles have been sorted out straight away and I love that I only have to learn one platform. I am now recommending gold star to my clients as well

GAME CHANGING software. MUST TRY.

The only thing that could make my experience with Gold Star Pro better is if they hand delivered fresh-out-of-the-over cookies to me. They have literally thought of everything (except the cookies, but I don't think technology has advanced that far, yet lol)! Their reviews and customer experiences actually made me skeptical because they were all way too good to be true. However, with a 2 week trial period, what did I have to lose?! So, I gave it a shot and I'm hooked! I am going all in on GSP! The price is fabulous, but it's not even close to the best parts about GSP!!!!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE. The recorded trainings are incredible. The live twice weekly trainings and Facebook group support are out of this world! But, the technology itself? It is a COMPLETE GAME CHANGER. Whether you're tech savvy or tech breaks for you all the time, GSP is FOR YOU! During the 2-week trial, I did more with GSP that I did by patching other products together for years, literally. It's so easy, mostly intuitive, and if you get stuck, there is SO much support immediately available! GSP's service and support has not only made my life easier and my client's experience better, it has also influenced ME to up-level the service and support I provide my clients (and they want to pay me even more, so it's made me more money!). It's an incredibly product with a caring, available team behind it. I cannot recommend GSP more (if they start sending out warm cookies, I'll update my review to be 6 stars out of 5). Don't try the 2-week trial unless you're prepared to get addicted.

What can I say but WOW

What can I say but WOW! This does everything in one place that I currently have to go to 6 different platforms (Acuity, Siteground, Constant Contact, Mailerlite, Vimeo and Membervault and even then they don’t work completely as I want them. But Goldstar takes care of it. I’m migrating everything over which will save me money and headache. And I’m getting my clients to move over too.
