I ordered a chest of drawers and needed fast delivery. The company advertised 2-3 week delivery which was what I needed. When it got past the 2 week mark then I contacted them because I was worried. They were excellent at dealing with my emails, checking on the status of my order and then checking back with me to ensure everything was ok. The drawers arrived on time and in good condition.
