I have a machine that is less than a year old that I cannot use. It lost suction around 6 months after I bought and also had a part which corroded in this time too. I had to pay for the machine to be returned to them only for them to tell me the machine is in perfect working order. When I questioned why the suction still wasn’t working they said they couldn’t understand because they had replaced the pump. There was no mention of replacing a pump in their first email. I have been refused a refund twice even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Zemits that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality which they most definitely are not!!!!
