Return policy is stupid

Order a jumper and the pictures looks nothing like pictures and poor quality print seem like it is coming off

pictures do not look as bright and clear as on the photos

Took too long to come any the top I have doesn’t say what it’s supposed to say so not happy with my purchase

I placed a order on the 26th and still haven’t received any confirmation and the order hasn’t arrived. I have also contacted about this but haven’t heard back about confirmation. Was told order would be here end of this week but still haven’t received it. Hoping it’ll be worth the wait when it gets here.
