Instead, you harass the learners who trusted you, betraying them under the guise of providing education. No other educational providers do this horrible things to their learners. How disgraceful! The university has provided written confirmation that you misuse their name unlawfully. And instead of apologising and refunding my money, you divert attention from the real issue.
