Fabulous experience, from start to finish!

Absolute fantastic company to deal with and products first class. We had issues whilst ordering and was too much trouble for them to sort, this was also done in a more than exceptable time period I would recommend to anyone

Bought 60 Kandla Sandstone Grey 600x900 slabs, delivered in 2 crates. Worth telling delivery hauliers that pallets can only be manoeuvred by a trolly from one direction. So if wagon is side loaded using forks, trolley on the wagon cannot access pallet from the side - at 90 degrees - making a tight wagon impossible to offload. Took over 2 hours to offload due to having to reorganise wagon and cut up parts of pallet to allow trolley forks to access. Not sure how safe that is? Sandstone looks good, but yet to unpack fully.

The initial service with Melton Stone was excellent but the haulage firm they use to deliver the goods are a nightmare. Late and only half a delivery and my second order came before my first. Good company professional let down by the carriers they use.

Couldnt ask for better customer service when ordering and taking there advice. The sales lady even helped us to decide on which grout by sending pictures of different types next to our chosen tile. Delivery and packaging was perfect and not one tile was broken from 2 pallet loads. Would highly recommend and definitely use again for out next house garden project!

Very happy. Tiles were excellent and look amazing. Price seemed reasonable Delivered earlier than requesting Delivery driver was very helpful and put the tiles where we requested. Highly recommend.
