Great Local company fixed my samsung dryer the same day with a very reasonable pricing!

The technician spent about 10 minutes in my home and determined the ice machine needed replacement. Nothing was tested or taken apart for 250 dollars. I read the terms and conditions and understand this fee would be applied to the repair which was quoted at an exorbitant amount (I looked up the cost of the ice machine from the same supplier they would purchase from). After further research, it was the solenoid that needed replacement. Not exactly sure what I paid for, 250 for travel time, opening the fridge door and the wrong diagnosis?

I would not use those guys ever. I called on Friday and made an appointment for Tuesday between 9-11am. I got no call and no one showed, I called and they said I’m not a customer of coast appliance, and no one knows about my appointment, they took all my info. The worst company to deal with. We called another place.

One of my stove's burner is not working so I contacted this company. After the diagnosis, they told me that the total charge should be $400, for what? $200 for the parts, which later I bought it in a local store for $150. $200 for the labor, for less than 5 minutes work?
