I really loved the boots, look amazing and seem well made. I've only had them for two weeks so not enough time to be sure of the quality. I did receive a size 9.5 women's box which confuse me because I sure I order a men's 9.5 but they fit well.

These shoes are excellent. Better than in the pictures. I actually thought the website was spam, as it was too good and cheap to be true. However, after a week, I got my shoes, just (or better) than described. Really amazing work you're doing. but just to be balanced, the ordering could be much smoother. I never received any type of purchase confirmation, and thought I was scammed.

Love the product. Hate the ordering process. after paying via Venmo. Never got any confirmation. Thought I got ripped off. waited a period of time before opening a fraud case with Venmo. After I contacted Nagaba Customer Service and they replied that they had no record of my purchase. After the Venmo fraud case was open. Nagaba emailed me a Invoice + Tracking number. The most upsetting part of my experience was; after Nagaba Customer Service told he they had no record of my purchase. I asked a few more question and was ghosted... HARD!

A friend recommended Nagaba shoes to me, as we both prefer vegan leather products and LOVE shoes. She ordered a cute pair of Doc Martin style boots and they looked really nice.I ordered the navy-colored "Silvia" style as it had a European-vibe to it. Although the manufacturer is in Europe, the shoes arrived in just a couple of days. I instantly loved the look - very luxe but in an understated way - and the details of hand- stitching and green-contrast sole made them look very high-end. They went on like a glove, extremely comfortable. They're my new go-to walking or casual shoe and I've tested them on several very long San Francisco hikes. I highly recommend this line.

Nagaba rates high for me because when I ordered a regular pair and a custom pair, the company wisely held back the custom pair to make sure I was happy with the chosen size. It turned out that my orthotics couldn’t fit because the insole can’t be removed. Nagaba is now working to see if they can alter their design and keep the integrity of the shoe. That’s service.

I love it, and I’m grateful to use this for rain, snow, and someday at work

I ordered a pair of shoes at Nagaba Vegan Shoes and I like them. I'd also like to point out the excellency of their customer service. I ordered the wrong pair at first and some of the details were mistaken, but they helped me quickly correct everything. I'd definitely order again!
