Have been buying parts from Rovers North since they opened. Now as a restoration shop, we rely heavily on Rovers North's service levels, and their consistency with special order timelines. Zack is the salesman we work with and we often order via text from under a Defender. I'm often surprised @ how low RN's shipping cost via Fedex is. The fellow who packages the large orders like chassis, and a/c kits, and doors, etc does an incredible job. Never had a shipment damaged, something I cannot say for any other US parts purveyor. .

Great assortment of parts, very communicative, good service. Central to the LR community. Expensive shipping, frequent ‘out of stock’/slow shipment issues, and often poor descriptions of some parts on the website.

Great customer service!!! Zack was AMAZING!!! & found the correct screws I needed for my 2006 Land Rover. Sunroof glass had shattered and I was able to replace it myself just needed the special order Land Rover screws for it!! #RoversNorth#LandRover

Their service is excellent, When you have questions you can email or call. They also will special order a hard to find part. The person I talked to in one case actually test fitted two parts together (one from my Series truck and one from a Defender) to make sure the parts would work for me when assembled. Rovers North is also generous when it comes to participating in our local club rallies, and I appreciate that too.
