This is the second time I've used on line carpets. Both times we received our carpet in good time .the price and quality were very good . I would recommend them .

Fantastic. Helpful, friendly customer service. Great prices, much cheaper than stores for the same product. Delivery - as with most delivery companies nowadays, it’s 1 man delivery so very heavy items will be dropped kerbside if no one is there to help - that’s just a sign of the times. Used them twice now, and will use them again.

Don't order here if you live in a flat alone pregnant, they don't seem experienced in situations where the entrance or flat might need manoeuvring and the customer is unable to help. It came in a few days but was left to figure it out.

I found the web site easy to navigate although it is hard to buy a textile product online. The prices are great and sizes are easy to understand. The delivery arrived when they said it would and the communication was good. All in all, a very good experience.

I live off road ..a lot of time drivers go to the back ..which isnt good for me .. The delivery guys carried to the front door .Told them pop my items through the front window ..Easy and pleasant delivery..Superfast delivery from the Company..Helpful customer service .I know the flooring is good quality..I had the same last year,My cat turned on the kitchen tap and flood the place 🫣Excellent company would highly recommend
