I made a simple mistake by entering my previous address as the shipping address during checkout. Realizing it immediately after placing the order and paying online, I tried to correct it by contacting customer support. What followed was an infuriating experience. I sent 4–5 messages, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, I was met with generic AI responses, and there was no way to speak to a human representative to fix such a straightforward issue. This failure to provide proper customer service turned what should have been a minor correction into a major hassle. In the end, I had to wait until the package reached my country and was on its way to the wrong address before I could fix it myself—by contacting the shipping company’s customer service, not the company’s! This entire situation was unnecessary and could have been avoided if the company had competent, accessible support.
