Wonderful experience, came in with insecurities and left with out, the staff are amazing especially ilayda and the nurse burcu. burcu was the highlight of my days bringing such positive vibes uplifting the healing process. A wonderful human being. couldnt recommend PST more!!

The team at PSTG have been friendly and helpful the whole way through. I certainly had my fears coming all the way from Australia alone and not speaking the language. It was not necessary as the lovely İlayda spoke perfect English and helped me with everything. The nursing staff at the hospital were so lovely and caring. My surgeon was great and I’m happy so far with my results. The only downside is my particular surgery takes such a long time to see the final results (rhinoplasty & fat transfer to cheeks) but so far 2 weeks out I’m happy. If I hadn’t have missed my flight there I would’ve liked to have had more time to meet with my surgeon to discuss possible results and maybe do a computerised photo of what to expect also the option to do Skype calls prior to booking surgery. Either way I had a great experience and I will be back!!

I can’t thank PSTG enough for everything that they have done for me!! From the first time contacting them on WhatsApp to flying out to Istanbul & having my breast lift & implants has been an amazing experience!! I was made to feel very well cared for & looked after. My surgeon was amazing & so are the whole team who look after you!! I am 10 days post op and feeling amazing I can honestly say that I have been in no pain at all and I’m just so happy with making the decision to have my surgery with this amazing company!

This is my personal experience, starting from the day I contacted PST group, I have been actively looked after, all my questions were answered, the process was smoother than I expected, I flew from Melbourne to Turkey and safely had my abdominoplasty with lipo, team was very supportive and honestly had everything planned for me beyond my thoughts. My surgeon was great, he answered all my questions before and after surgery, understood what I wanted, and the group is helping me stay in touch with surgeon through recovery. This is my honest suggestion for anyone going ahead with PST group, trust the process, do not waste time stressing, they have it all in control, be open to them and they are here to help and make it easy for you. I am in my 3rd week post-op, and I am looking forward for a smooth recovery.

I had an amazing experience with PST from the beginning of me reaching out to them via WhatsApp. They listed to all of my concerns and also provided me with any information that was needed. This was a new country and a language that I did not know and a big surgery for me. I felt very comfortable and very at ease when booking the date of surgery. Also my father was coming with me to fix his teeth and they arranged his treatments to fit my schedule. Thankful to Ilayda my coordinator for being so helpful and understanding. This was hands down the worst decision of my life. DO NOT go to these plastic surgeons if you care about your body, your health, or your sanity. I travelled all the way from Australia to Turkey for what was supposed to be a professional surgery, but this place is a NIGHTMARE. They cancelled my consultation right after I arrived, only bothering to see me on the actual day of surgery. The surgeon looked tired and completely unprepared, like I was an afterthought. They took double the original payment because it was the start of December and gave me results that are absolutely botched and horrifying. My breasts are now disgusting, with one nipple half the size of the other—and the belly button that has a hideous scar with barely any opening at all. These people have zero care for their patients and only see dollar signs. As soon as they had my money, I meant nothing to them. To make things worse, the hospital staff were shockingly unprofessional, leaving me in severe pain without giving my medications on time. They treated me with indifference and no compassion whatsoever. The surgeon apologised and had to fix his own mistakes because my stitches were too tight around my nipples because it cut off the blood flow throug my nipples. This team treats patients like objects to make money from, not people with real lives and real feelings. I went to fix my insecurities and left with more damage than I ever thought possible. DO NOT GO to this place at all costs unless you want to pay a fortune to be treated like garbage and walk away more scarred than when you arrived. I am scared for LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!
