Arranged telephone interview but wasn't called. Arranged 2nd telephone interview and for the 2nd time not called. They are advertising a job that is miles away from where the position actually is. Keep changing the wording on the advertisement and still not getting the job location right. Need to be a lot more professional and learn to read a map.

We heard of KaseCare through our local radio station at the time mum had suffered some fractures and needed support returning home from hospital. From the first engagement, through arranging 24/7 care at home, and on to the current 4 visits a day they've been excellent. They specifically recruited 2 carers for mum, both of who she adores. Simply very good at helping the whole process of care provision straightforward.
