Carole Fox had been recommended to myself from my mortgage broker. I was a first time buyer and was nervous as I have heard horror stories about solicitors regarding home buying. She couldn't have been more the opposite of horror.. Carole kept me well informed, she was professional, her response time was amazing, nothing was ever too much which I really appreciated as I didn't have the best experience regarding the seller's side however Carole definitely helped ease the stress. I had an 8 month sales process. In this time my solicitor was not proactive in the slightest, only chased anything on one occasion and that was because i more or less begged for help), she was blunt and rude on the phone to me and also my family member, and progressors on both sides of the chain. Even on the move day, she called to say the money was moving up the chain, but no phone call to say i could collect keys. I chose her as was recommended on Facebook, but really wished i hadnt, as she made a stressful process for more stressful!!
