Kristel's services were outstanding. Her work was incredibly thorough (quality of advice, depth of knowledge, making sure everything was in order, compliant with the latest regulations, etc.) and I really appreciated how proactive she was throughout the whole process; I truly felt accompanied. We dealt with a down valuation and and extremely slow replies from the sellers' sollicitors but Kristel's patience and professionalism made the whole process feel very smooth and seamless overall. Should I go through another real estate transaction, I would definitely work with Kristel again.

Great, complete in time for Christmas

We used Setfords for the sale and purchase of our new home. Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. She was efficient, explained things clearly and kept us in the loop through the whole process. She responded quickly whenever I had a question and I never felt I needed to chase her up. I’d highly recommend Setfords generally and Debbie specifically. They made a stressful process much more manageable. The experience this time round was night and day in comparison to our first house purchase.
