I ordered 2 pairs of earrings that broke after one use. After reviewing the product, I got contacted by the founder and she offered to give me a replacement piece which unfortunately also broke on arrival.

My experience started at Hampton Court Festive Fayre. I was walking around and I saw the most beautiful necklace with a Baroque Pearl. Of course I bought it, I’ve had so many compliments and of course I asked if Melrosie was on line. Since then I have bought some Christmas presents. The jewellery pieces are unique also I love the Asian Twist.

I love the designs of Melrosia, very unique and chic. I also had a very good experience with Parneet. Although she couldn’t deliver one of the products I had ordered due to so e defects, she was proactive in informing me and provided many other options. I will definitely buy more stuff from Melrosia
