I received my order of zoflora but when I looked at the order receipt & the bottles it didn’t add up. I had less bottles than the order sheet said I should have. So I phoned the number given & was transferred to a very nice lady. Told her the problem & we were just going through everything when we got cut off. Rang through again, again put through to the correct dept, & got the same lady & continued. Eventually she came up with the answer that on the receipt the bundles had been put on & then broken down & put in also. As there were 2 bundles & then several singles it was very confusing. WHY do that, or why not make it much clearer on the receipt. Very confusing. Therefore 3 stars.

The order arrived promptly and was mostly correct . However , I did not receive my free spray bottle . I addressed the issue and a bottle was sent out - in a lot of unnecessary packaging - and it is a faulty bottle . The top will not tighten , it just spins round . Not a massive issue , i know , just annoying .
