This is a follow up to my previous review of Mr. V Appliance Repair. After leaving a voicemail, Mr. V contacted me and discussed the events from my service call. The 10% coupon was applied to my account. I appreciate the effort made to have a satisfied customer, so thank you to this small business owner for making that happen.

We have used Mr. V's twice in the past 6 months due to a leak in the washer and some clothing being stuck in the blower wheel of the dryer. On both of these occasions, Mr. V's responded with same day service (which my wife very much appreciated). Similarly, upon their arrival, David Chemikov (washer repair) and Boris Andreyev (dryer), were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of our problem. They were quick to disassemble, repair, reassemble and complete a check on the proper operation of the appliances. We highly, highly recommend Mr. V Appliance Repair for any of your appliance repair needs.

Fast, courteous, professional & reasonably priced service. I called Mr. V Appliance Repair for washing machine help while we were traveling in our RV near Cumming, GA. The woman who answered our call said she would have a service technician at my location between 4:00 & 7:00. A service technician named Mark called three hours earlier than scheduled and asked if he could come to our RV site earlier than scheduled. "Who does that these days?" Mark assessed the problem, had the part on hand, and in less than an hour my wife was washing clothes. I can not give enough praise to Mark & Mr. V Appliance Repair and their same day service policy.

Boris called in route, gave assessment, finished the work promptly and left the area tidy. Very polite and professional. Will use Mr V again and request Boris.

I was desperate to get get my oven working with the holidays approaching. Dennis was my tech. He was punctual, polite and most importantly HONEST! He could have easily overcharged me for a part he originally thought I needed. When he realized I didn’t need the part he told me right away. I am a single mother and I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics, plumbers, you name it. Thanks Again Your honesty is appreciated

Had a great experience with Mr. V Appliance. Dennis, the technician, came out same day within a couple of hours. As soon as the part he needed arrived, he was back and repaired our dishwasher in no time. Friendly, competent guy. I thought the price was quite reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

Takes after hours calls til 9 pm. $60 diagnosis fee which is waived if you get repair Got my prearrival call. Arrived within the window I was given. He was neat and organized. Knew what he was doing. I got an explanation of what he was going to do. Diagnosed and repaired. Cleaned up. Super polite and personable. Gave a very good impression. They have been added to my contacts for next time. Five stars !

Had an issue with our washer where the washer would not spin or advance cycles. A broken coupler was fixed for $220 but upon using the washer, the timer was still not advancing to spin. After calling Mr V's again, they want $80 to diagnose and fix the lid switch. If we had know we'd have to spend $300+ on a repair, we would have bought a new washer. Now we're stuck with a washer that still doesn't advance to spin and we're out $200. We will note this experience in the NEXTDOOR website so others do not let Mr V's leave their house without knowing the total repair cost. 8/15/2018: Your work order mentions 2 problems and says 2 problems were fixed. We did a couple loads over 2 weeks and still had an original problem...not a new problem. Please don't tell us the machine worked "excellent for 3 weeks". That's revisionist history. And, yes, we did land on the moon. ;)

From the young lady who answered the phone “Becky” to the on-site gentlemen this Company is phenomenal! The on-site gentlemen were professional, courteous and kept me in the loop with their findings. Came out to check and repair or advise on replacement of dishwasher and refrigerator that both went out during the same weekend. Turned out both were cost effective to repair. Dishwasher was repaired during the first visit. Refrigerator part had to be picked up but the guys (David and Tony) got everything squared away really fast ! Mr.V Appliance is my new go to for repairs to appliance repair and HVAC. Thanks again guys !
