I liked how the phone call went, they asked questions relative to my needs. No attempting to upsell and pressure free. I purchased the locking gas cap and immediately had issues unlocking it. After three phone calls, I think that I have the locking and unlocking procedure down pat.

Stay away from this company, go with a reputable company. While I agree the quality of their product is good, the backing of their products is terrible. I bought a truck that already had a 50 gallon Transfer Flow tank installed, during normal operation (No off-road) my mid-strap broke causing the tank to rub on my driveshaft when in a left turn. I called Transfer flow to get a replacement strap, after filling out their engineering form and taking multiple pictures of the defective part they still made me buy a full install kit. I literally only needed one strap (because of poor engineering) but was willing to buy the mid and aft straps for safety reasons. John from the sales department informed me the tank I have is discontinued but according to their records they still had 20+ (data base) mid straps and 20+ Aft straps on th shelf. Transfer Flow refused to sell just the straps and I was literally forced (because no one sales after market replacement parts) to buy the entire installation kit. I just received a bill from Transfer Flow for $351.74 which I have to pay because a OEM strap won’t work. Pam and John from sales don’t care about you and only care about the bottom line they seem extremely irritated by product questions. John in the engineering department is worthless and will refer you to Andy who will NOT call you back. Please understand that you will pay 2+K for this product but if you have an issue with it they won’t support it. There are other companies that stand behind their work (without screwing the customer) and will correct the problem no questions asked.

Really like the product design and that it is well-built. The kitting was very good and really helped and appreciated extra items. Couple of suggestions. The decal for the ball valve did not match the movement of the valve itself. The cover over the valve and pump could have a better fit. Reinstalling the cover on the bottom side of the pump is almost impossible with the limited clearance. I was only able to get 3 of the 4 screws back in after connecting the wires. Due to clearance issues under the bed, I had to come up with some extensions to secure the tank to the bed in order to clear some things underneath. Overall, I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your products!
