Shipping was quick, arrived undamaged. Tank went in easy, enjoying the extended range.

First I had a question about the product and I preferred to talk to a live person. It seems that today very few companies allow one to talk with them. Anyway I called and got my question answered and ordered the product,received an acknowledgment and the product came as stated. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Shipping was fast, package was damaged but all parts were in tact.

The 50G auxiliary tank works flawlessly so far. The time between buying the tank and having it shipped to my house was RAPID. For those like me who not mechanically inclined, I took it to my local shop and they had it installed in a day, and it’s worked great thus far. The initial setup is extraordinarily simple. Just watch the YouTube video and follow along, setup took about 2 minutes. The optional LCD display is nice, but not necessary. Overall, this was a great experience and if you’re on the fence about getting a Transfer Flow product, do it, thanks guys.

Responsive customer service. Quality product. Good instructions. I would have liked a better military or Black Friday discount, but still 5/5 stars overall.

Fast Delivery

I bought and paid for the tank on Nov 27 and it was supposed to ship Dec 2. I did in fact receive the shipping notification on Dec 2 but it had the wrong ship to address. I called immediately to get it corrected and they told me it would ship Dec 4 and arrive Dec 6 to my warehouse. By Dec 5 I hadn't received any shipping notification and so I called to see if the tank shipped and get tracking information since no one is at our warehouse during working hours. I left two messages that went unanswered. On Dec 6, as I sat at my warehouse wasting my day, I talked to two different people that couldn't tell me even if my order had shipped or not but they promised they would find out what is happening and call me back-neither actually called back! After blowing an entire day waiting for a truck that never showed up, I called Dec 9 and was told again they couldn't tell me what was happening with my order but promised to call me back-again no call back! I finally found someone in accounting that could tell me there was an issue with the credit card processing.(would have been nice to know that the Friday before!) They ran it again and it went through. The tank finally shipped on Dec 11 and arrived Dec 13 and I was able to meet the driver to unload without any wasted time on my end. My biggest complaint which I told everyone I talked to wasn't a possible delay in getting the tank, I am not installing it for another two weeks, it was the fact that I had to waste an entire day waiting for a shipment that never happened. To add insult to injury, everyone I talked to before the accounting person, had NO IDEA if my tank had shipped or not and promised to get details and NEVER called back. If I hadn't reached out to them on Dec 9 and talked to the accounting person, I may still not have my tank. All I can say is the tank better be all it is made out to be because the customer service was a complete FAILURE. I have had better customer service experiences with the cable company! Very disappointed with Transfer Flow!

I spent weeks and weeks reading reviews and weighing my options for fuel transfer tanks. This tank initially checked all of my boxes. I kept shopping competitor tanks however, because it was a bit pricey. In the end, this setup was just perfect for what I was looking for and I went ahead and got it. I am not disappointed! The craftmanship and overall design of this setup is second to none. I am confident that this thing will outlive me. Truly well built and designed for the end user. I don't have one complaint. Also, the instructions and included set up items are fantastic. 100 gallon 50/50 split tank.
