Absolutely woeful experience, not even worth one star. No support provided and unprofessional service.

Only got one star as it was the lowest option, terrible customer support, don’t listen to the customer. When confronted with questions takes weeks for response. Wouldn’t recommend using if you need any type of support with your site as it will be held ransom. DO NOT USE….co.uk

They are unreliable company. Worst company for communication and little to lack of support, all communication has went unanswered. This company were happy to take money but do little much else. Very unprofessional experience and would avoid it at all costs. When wanting to leave due to lack of support they are now withholding the domain name.

Useless company they don't do what they say they will do trying to get in touch with them over issues is a nightmare you get little to no communication back, they take your money then do not resolve any issues or concerns and don't follow through on promises

Horrendous build quality of websites. Long time-frames after promised quick turn around. Little to no support, sometimes ignored for weeks before getting a reply. Poses as a UK company but all people dealt with are in India based centres. Currently holding a domain I own hostage which I will be going to civil court to retrieve. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely useless, take your money and don't follow through on their promises. They ignore emails and hold your domain and don't give it back over.

worst company i've worked with. They took our money, didnt give us the design we wanted but still asked for full amount being paid for work they didn't complete. We even had to report them to trading standards when after an attempt to resolve what could have been a small issue turned into a unreconcilable offence when they didn't turn up to the meeting. It's really concerning
