Very satisfied

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company any was notified of shipment and they came in a timely manner.

The gloves are inferior quality. They are not very windproof or warm and the stitching came apart after 10 uses. Not warm. If you are at at zero celsius, biking, you will have about 15 minutes before your hands become very cold. As well, parcel tracking was excellent at first, but then fell off and I did not get any further updates until the item arrived, meaning there were 2 weeks between the last tracking info and the arrival. Customer service was very good however. Friendly and quick to reply.
