1. Proofreading editor totally unqualified. After their proofreading, I spotted even more English mistakes than the proofreader. 2. The most important file was wrongly delivered. They delivered a wrong file from a different customer!!!! 3. When I requested refund, they argued for hours and hours! Even after putting to Paypal, they still argue! What's the point of arguing??? Papertrue delivered wrong file, those files delivered full of mistake - even worse than my original file. I had spent at least 3 hours to entertain them and prove why they need to refund. (it's just a 2000 words file, and I spend 3 hours - almost longer than writing the concerned file) That's criminal!!!!!
